          lmail - handle local mail delivery from sendmail


     Syntax
          lmail user ...


     Description
          lmail interprets incoming mail received from sendmail(ADMN),
          and  delivers it to the specified user on the local machine.
          It locks the  user's  mailbox  using  the  mail(TC)  locking
          mechanism.
