       NAME
             DL_RESET_CON - Message Type

       SYNOPSIS
             The message consists of one M_PROTO message block containing
             the structure shown below.

                   typedef struct {
                         ulong       dl_primitive;
                   } dl_reset_con_t;

       DESCRIPTION
             Informs the reset-initiating DLS user that the reset has
             completed.

          Parameters
            dl_primitive
                         conveys DL_RESET_CON.

          State
             The message is valid in state DL_USER_RESET_PENDING.

          New State
             The resulting state is DL_DATAXFER.

          Mode
             Connection-mode.
