       SYNOPSIS
             DLmk_test_con(
                DL_eaddr_t *dst, *src, ushort_t dsap, ssap, control)

          Parameters
            dst         destination MAC address

            src         source MAC address

            dsap        destination SAP

            ssap        source SAP

            control     control field

       DESCRIPTION
             This routine returns a M_PROTO message containing the
             DL_TEST_CON primitive.  A value of NULL is returned if a
             STREAMS message block cannot be allocated.

          Response
            mblk_t*     message block containing the DL_TEST_CON primitive
                         or NULL
