       NAME
             mailq - (BSD) display contents of mail queue

       SYNOPSIS
             /usr/ucb/mailq

       DESCRIPTION
             mailq displays the contents of the appropriate queue
             information files in the directory /var/spool/mqueue.
             Information in the queue reflects the status of mail requests
             sent using sendmail.

             Status information maintained by the mail queue files includes
             the following for each mail request in the queue:

                   QID                 the system-assigned ID (id) for the
                                       queue entry
                   Size                the size of the mail message
                   Q-Time              the time sent
                   Sender/Recipient    the names of the sender and
                                       recipient

             If a recipient is not known, "unknown" is indicated.

       FILES
             /var/spool/mqueue/qfid        queue file for mail request id
