       make-owner(1M) make-owner(1M)

       NAME
make-owner - add, remove, or change ID of a privileged user of
             the UnixWare Desktop

       SYNOPSIS
             make-owner new-owner
             make-owner new-owner old-owner
             make-owner - old-owner

       DESCRIPTION
The make-owner command adds, removes, or transfers owner
permissions and adds and removes entrys from the TFM database.
It is normally invoked through the UnixWare Desktop User Setup
             window.

It also adds the owner to the dtadmin supplementary group.

             make-owner new-owner
                   add new-owner to the database

             make-owner new-owner old-owner
transfer owner permissions from old-owner to new-owner

             make-owner - old-owner
                   removes old-owner from the database

Only an owner is allowed to add or remove user accounts, grant
privileges to other user accounts, and backup and restore all
             files on the system.

          Files
             /etc/security/tfm/users/user
             /usr/X/desktop/LoginMgr/PrivTable read only
             /usr/X/desktop/LoginMgr/Users/user

       USAGE
make-owner resides in /usr/X/adm. Since the PATH environment
variable does not normally include that directory, either
specify the full pathname or add /usr/X/adm to the PATH
             variable.
