NCDQUERY(1) USER COMMANDS NCDQUERY(1)

NAME
ncdquery - list selected SNMP variables

SYNOPSIS
     ncdquery [ -V -v -c community -m mibfile ] variable_option
     hostname

DESCRIPTION
ncdquery displays the contents of several MIB variables.
The command must be executed from a host designated as an
SNMP manager or monitor. If you do not specify a variable
to display, the server version number will be displayed.

OPTIONS
     hostname
The hostname of the display station.

-V Version information for the program is printed on
             the standard output.

-v Prints the hostname on the standard output.

     -c community
The community string. If the community string is
not one of the defaults ("manager" for SNMP managers
and "public" for SNMP monitors), you must supply the
             community string.

-d Debugging information for the program is printed on
             the standard output.

     -m mibfile
The MIB file. If you are not using the default file
/etc/mib.txt , you must supply the name of the MIB
file. If the name of the MIB file is set in the
MIBFILE environment variable, you can omit the name
             of the file.

     variable_option
             The variable to display:

             -s server version
             -b boot monitor version
             -k keyboard controller version
             -i memory installed
             -f free memory
             -h memory fragments
             -a all of the above
