The function rf_getbuf is not implemented in this release. 

RETURN VALUE

The function rf_getbuf returns a value of -1 and sets errno to indicate an error. 

ERRORS

The function rf_getbuf fails and sets errno to:

ENOSYS
This function is not supported by this implementation.
