SYNOPSIS

mqd_t mq_open(const char ∗name, int oflag, ...)

DESCRIPTION

The function mq_open is not implemented in this release. 

RETURN VALUE

The function mq_open returns a value of -1 and sets errno to indicate an error. 

ERRORS

The function mq_open fails and sets errno to:

ENOSYS
This function is not supported by this implementation.
