df(1M)  —  ADMINISTRATOR COMMANDS

NAME

df (cdfs) − report free disk space on cdfs file systems

SYNOPSIS

df [ −F cdfs ] [ generic_options ] [ −o ] [directory | special]

DESCRIPTION

generic_options are options supported by the generic df command.

df displays the amount of disk space occupied by cdfs file systems.  The amount of available space, and how much of the file system’s total capacity has been used is reported as zero.

The options are:

−F cdfs
Specifies the cdfs-FSType.

−o Specify cdfs file system specific options.  No cdfs specific options are currently supported.

NOTES

Due to limitations in the ISO-9660 CDROM standard, the overhead in reporting the number of files is excessive, and so only zero is reported in that field. Also there are no inodes on a ISO-9660 CDROM disc, so values related to inodes are reported as zero.

FILES

/etc/mnttab list of file systems currently mounted
