          NAME
hub - Bell Technologies Hub6 serial card

          DESCRIPTION
A Hub6 card provides six additional serial ports for IBM PC
AT computers and compatibles. A single machine may contain
up to four Hub6 cards, providing a total of 24 additional
serial ports. Each line attached to a Hub6 serial card
behaves as described in asy(7) and may be set to run at up
to 9600 baud; see tty(7) for the appropriate encoding.

The Hub6 card uses the same 8250 communications and modem
control chip used by IBM in the standard IBM Asynchronous
Adaptor card. This part contains on-chip hardware for a
large array of serial line and modem control functions,
               including fully automatic interrupt signalling.

          FILES
               /dev/tty4[a-x]
               /dev/tty4[A-X] with modem controls
               /etc/conf/pack.d/hub/space.c
