  NAME

isq - Displays all reachable intermediate system (IS) addresses

  SYNOPSIS

    isq

  DESCRIPTION

The isq command displays the network entity title and SNPA address of each
intermediate system that has an entry in the IP routing table.

  EXAMPLE

The following example shows how to key in the isq command, and the
    subsequent display shows the output.

    isq

Network entity title SNPA address Hold
    470004000600010207010030A400 0207010030A4FE 61
    4700040006000100AA0002305900 00AA00023059FE 29
    470004000600010207010061B100 0207010061B1FE 58

  NOTES

In addition to the Network entity title and SNPA addresses, this utility
also displays the ``Hold'' time for each intermediate system. This value
indicates in how many seconds the entry will be removed if the local
system does not receive a hello packet from the intermediate system.

The maximum number of intermediate system entries the ES-IS IP routing
    table can hold is 8.

This command works only on systems that use the ES-IS protocol.

  DIAGNOSTICS

isq: no Intermediate System table in this kernel
Cause: OSI/LAN software is not installed.

           Action: install the OSI/LAN software.
