NAME
ffsfsstat - Reports file system status
SYNOPSIS
/etc/ffsfsstat special-file
FLAGS
quiet Suppresses displaying of messages to stderr.
DESCRIPTION
The ffsfsstat command reports the status of the file system listed in
special-file, which must be type ffsfs. The ffsfsstat command can be
called from the fsstat command.
During startup, this command determines if the file system needs to be
checked before it is mounted. The ffsfsstat command normally succeeds if
the file system is unmounted and appears to be okay. The root file system
normally succeeds if the file system is active and not marked as bad.
