RVDDB(5) —
NAME
rvddb − Remote Virtual Disk (RVD) server configuration table
DESCRIPTION
Rvddb contains a sequence of operation requests used to initialize the RVD server. These operations are typically add_physical and add_virtual types, which define the partitions to be used by the server, and how these partitions are allotted to the RVD packs, respectively. This configuration information is loaded into the server at boot-time (see rvdsend(8)). For a complete description of the protocol, refer to the document referenced below.
Other operations may be added; however, they will be deleted by vddb (see vddb(8)) when it is used on this file. For security reasons, the file is readable only by root.
FILES
/etc/rvd/rvddb
