mptx

Purpose

     Provides  the macro  package  for  formatting a  permuted
     index.

Synopsis

     nroff -mptx [flag . . . | [file . . . |
     troff -mptx [flag . . . | [file . . . |

Description

     This  package provides  a  definition for  the .xx  macro
     which is used for formatting a permuted index produced by
     the ptx program.  This package does not provide any other
     formatting capabilities such as headers and footers.  Use
     this  macro  package in  conjunction  with  the mm  macro
     package for  these or other capabilities.   In this case,
     the -mptx flag must follow the -mm flag.  For example:

            nroff -mm -mptx file

     or

            mm -mptx file
