rmail

PURPOSE

     Handles remote mail received via uucp.

     rmail  user...


DESCRIPTION

     The rmail  command interprets incoming mail  received via
     uucp.  It collapses "From" lines in the form generated by
     bellmail into a single line of the form:

       return-path!sender

     It passes the processed mail on to sendmail.

     The rmail command works with  uucp and sendmail.  This is
     a new command  with Version 2.2 of  AIX Operating System.
     It is not the same as  the rmail command found in earlier
     versions of AIX Operating System.
