locator
PURPOSE
Controls the sample rate of the locator.
SYNOPSIS
locator [ -r[rate] ]
DESCRIPTION
The locator command sets the rate at which the system
checks, per second, the cursor position controlled by the
mouse. You can specify any of the following rates: 10,
20, 40, 60, 80, or 100. Initially, at system startup,
this rate is set at 60.
Note: You can run the locator command only from the
system console.
FLAG
-rrate Sets the sampling rate to the specified value.
EXAMPLE
To set the locator rate to 40:
locator -r40
