probe



PURPOSE

Determines if a site is up.

SYNTAX


         +- site_number -+
probe ---|               |---|
         +---site_name --+


DESCRIPTION

The probe command attempts to send a message to the site specified by site_name
or site_number to determine if that site is operational and functioning in the
TCF cluster.
