DESCRIPTION

The msgchk command is used to check mail drops for messages waiting to be

The msgchk command checks all mail drops belonging to the specified user IDs
and reports which mail drops contain messages that have not been received.
msgchk also indicates whether it appears you have already seen these messages.
If you do not specify a user argument, msgchk checks the current user's mail
drops.
