NAME

/usr/pil/etc/vxi[lu]/vximodel.cf − This is one of several configuration files used by the ivxirm program. 

DESCRIPTION

Vximodel.cf

This database contains a list of the names of many of the VXI instruments that exist today along with the manufacturer ID of the manufacturer and the model id of the device. 

The format of this file is as follows:

manufacture_id    model_id    Name

All fields are <tab> seperated.  The manufacture_id and model_id fields can be expressed in decimal or hex.
