DESCRIPTION
This request is part of an HP-proprietary extension to X. Its functionality has been superseded by the standard X input device extension XGetSelectedExtensionEvents request. You should use XGetSelectedExtensionEvents instead of XHPCurrentDeviceMask if possible.
This request is provided to support the use of input devices other than the X keyboard and X pointer device.
XHPGetCurrentDeviceMask returns the current event selection mask for the specified extended input device and window. This is the mask that was specified by the calling client program on a previous XHPSelectExtensionEvent request.
This request is not valid for the X pointer device or the X keyboard device. The current event selection mask for those devices can be obtained by using the XGetwindowAttribute(3x) request.
