DESCRIPTION

XvhCreateQuickHelpDialog is a convenience function that creates a quick help dialog widget hierarchy. 

parentSpecifies the parent widget ID

nameSpecifies the name of the created widget

arglistSpecifies the argument list

argcountSpecifies the number of attribute/value pairs in the argument list (arglist)

RETURN VALUE

Returns the QuickHelpDialog widget id.
