NAME
bifdf − report number of free disk blocks
SYNOPSIS
bifdf [-t] [-f] [file-systems]
DESCRIPTION
bifdf prints out the number of free blocks and free inodes available for on-line Bell file systems by examining the counts kept in the super-blocks. file-systems can be specified by device name; e.g., /dev/dsk/1s0.
Options
bifdf recognizes the following options:
-t Report the total allocated block figures as well.
-f Make only an actual count of the blocks in the free list (free inodes are not reported). With this option, bifdf reports on raw devices.
