rquotad − remote quota server

/usr/etc/rpc.rquotad

DESCRIPTION

rquotad is an rpc(3C) server that returns quotas for a user of a local file system currently mounted by a remote machine by means of NFS.  The results are used by quota(1) to display user quotas for remote file systems. rquotad is normally invoked by inetd(1M).
