banner − make posters in large letters

SYNOPSIS

banner strings

DESCRIPTION

banner prints its arguments (each up to 10 characters long) in large letters on the standard output. 

Each argument is printed on a separate line.  Note that multiple-word arguments must be enclosed in quotes in order to be printed on the same line. 

EXAMPLES

The command:

banner "Good luck" Susan

prints the message Good luck Susan in large letters on the screen.  The words Good luck are displayed on one line, and Susan is displayed on a second line.
