ssp − remove multiple line-feeds from output

SYNOPSIS

ssp

DESCRIPTION

Ssp (single-space) removes redundant blank lines from the standard input and sends the result to the standard output.  It is typically used in pipelines like

nroff −ms file1 | ssp

Ssp is equivalent to the 4.2BSD cat -s command.
