NAME

snapshot.des - default snapshot configuration file for camera(8). 

DESCRIPTION

The snapshot description file for camera specifies which tools to run, their execution order, and the location of their output. The default file contains an entry for each of the Camera’s supplied scripts.  Entries are of the form:

program-pathname output-subdirectory timeout program-args ...

program-pathname:
the full pathname of the diagnostic program if it is not in /opt/dcelocal/hpcamera/scripts.

output-subdirectory:
the subdirectory relative to the output directory where the diagnostic program output should be directed. Note that when camera invokes a script, the output-subdirectory is actually the final command line argument passed to the script.

timeout:duration (in seconds) after which the diagnostic program should be terminated if it has not already exited normally. 

program-args:
any command line arguments to be passed to the diagnostic program. Blank lines and lines beginning with ’#’ are ignored. You can use either spaces or tabs to separate items in a line.
