NAME
     su - /etc/default/su file

DESCRIPTION
     The /etc/default/su file contains the default settings for the su(1)
     command.

FORMAT
     This format of this file is identifier=value where both the identif-
     iers and values are defined by the su(1) program.

CONTENTS
     SULOG    The value is a path name to a file where a log of all
              attempts to use su(1) are kept.

     CONSOLE  If CONSOLE is defined, all successful attempts to su to UID 0
              are logged there.

     PATH     The PATH environment variable is set to the value in the
              /etc/default/su file.

     SUPATH   When becoming root the PATH environment variable is set to
              SUPATH.

DEFAULT VALUES
     SULOG=/var/adm/sulog
     CONSOLE=/dev/console
     PATH=/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/ccs/bin:/usr/ucb
     SUPATH=/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/etc
