log3get_pevman(1M) log3get_pevman(1M)

NAME
log3getpevman - query threshold monitoring status in the event
     management daemon

SYNOPSIS
     $LOGPATH/bin/log3getpevman -g all [-v]

     $LOGPATH/bin/log3getpevman -n Event-Name [-v]

DESCRIPTION
The log3getpevman command is used to query the current status of
threshold monitoring in the event management daemon and to send the
result to stderr. The event description parameters output are as fol-
     lows:

Event, Limit, Counter, Repeat-Counter, Error, Module, Component, Text,
     Timerelation, Object-Name, Object-Position, System, Reactions

OPTIONS
     -n Event-Name
Only the event description parameters for the specified event are
          output.

     -g all
Event description parameters for all events currently being moni-
tored by the event management daemon are output.

-v Two spaces are used as separators between the event description
parameters. A minus sign is used to indicate that an event
          description parameter is missing.

If the -v option is not specified, a CAN (= 0x18) character is
used as a separator between the event description parameters or
to indicate that the parameter is missing.

RETURN VALUES
The normal return value for the command is 0 in the event of errors
and is not equal to 0.
