NAME
     tail - deliver the last part of a file (MLX addendum)

SYNOPSIS
     tail [ + number lbcr ] [ file ]
     tail [ -lbcr ] [ file ]
     tail [ + number lbcf ] [ file ]
     tail [ -lbcf ] [ file ]

DESCRIPTION
     (International Functions)

     tail can process files containing characters from supplementary code
     sets.

WARNINGS
     Characters from supplementary code sets may not be displayed correctly
     when options -b or -c are specified, because they are processed byte-
     by-byte.
