sdb(1) (MLX Addendum) (MLX) sdb(1) (MLX Addendum)

NAME
f4sdb - symbolic debugger (MLX addendum)

SYNOPSIS
     sdb [-e] [-s signo] [-V] [-W] [-w] [objfile [corfile [directory-
     list]]]

DESCRIPTION
     (International Function)

sdb can process object files which were created under the Reliant UNIX
MLX environment. EUC multibyte encoding is recognized, but not the
encoding of internal process codes used with 2 or 4 byte wchart wide
     characters.

Character strings containing characters from supplementary code sets
can be displayed as characters. Wide characters and wide strings
(arrays of wide characters) containing supplementary characters do not
display correctly when printed as characters, because each byte is
printed as a separate character. sdb can only display them in octal,
hex, or decimal as 2 or 4 byte quantities.

In regular expressions, searching and pattern matching are performed
in character units, not as individual bytes.
