NAME
     delta - make a delta (change) to an SCCS file (MLX addendum)

SYNOPSIS
     delta [-rSID] [-s] [-n] [-glist] [-m[mrlist]] [-y[comment]] [-p] files

DESCRIPTION (International Functions)
     Keyletter arguments:

     -y[comment]
          Characters from supplementary code sets can be used in comment.

     Characters from supplementary code sets can be used in the SCCS file
     names, files. However, they must begin with the ASCII characters `s.'.
     SCCS files may also include characters from supplementary code sets.
