bfs(1) (MLX Addendum) (MLX) bfs(1) (MLX Addendum)

NAME
bfs - big file scanner (MLX addendum)

SYNOPSIS
     bfs [ - ] file

DESCRIPTION (International Functions)
bfs can process text containing characters from supplementary code
     sets.

bfs can also recognize labels containing characters from supplementary
code sets for the :, xb, xbn and xbz commands.

Regular expression searches are performed on characters, not on indi-
     vidual bytes. Refer to ed(1).

The value designated by number with the xt command must be the number
of displayed columns, not the number of characters.

Marks set by the k command must be ASCII characters in the range of a
to z, and all 26 marks are remembered.

WARNING
     Size Indication
The size of the file displayed on startup and after read/write by the
e or w commands is in bytes, not characters.
