NAME
       dghascapof - query the capabilities of an event

SYNOPSIS
       #include <dgevents.h>

            int dg_has_cap_of (event)
            dg_cmd_event_id_type event;

DESCRIPTION
       dghascapof is used, under the DG/UX Capability Option, to query
       whether the subject's effective set contains the capabilities
       associated with the event.


RETURN VALUE
       EC_YES If the subject's effective set contains the capabilities
              associated with the event.

       EC_NO  If the subject's effective set does not contain the
              capabilities associated with the event.

       EC_ERR An exception occurred during the event table or the capability
              alias database look up.
