NAME
       dgpasswd - password authentication agent

SYNOPSIS
       /sbin/dgpasswd

DESCRIPTION
       dgpasswd is the authentication agent that is supplied by default for
       use in the Session Monitor model.  dgpasswd is a daemon that should
       be started by init as a trusted_respawn action with no arguments.

       The role of dgpasswd is to handle all requests related to
       authentication and administration of password authentication data.
       dgpasswd communicates with credentiald, admauthdata and passwd,
       using the authentication agent interfaces specified in adlibrary(3).
