NAME
       fpstatus  - check the status of the MiLAN FastPort

SYNOPSIS
       fpstatus servername

DESCRIPTION
       This command prints information about the active connections on the
       serial and parallel ports of the MiLAN FastPort and prints status
       information about the parallel printer.

       The fpstatus program establishes a UDP connection to the FastPort and
       gets information regarding the hosts that are being serviced
       currently on the parallel and serial ports.  It also gets information
       about the parallel printer status.  The FastPort keeps track of
       number of bytes sent on serial and parallel ports and provides this
       information to the fpstatus program.  This program can be used for
       checking the FastPort status, status of the printer and the byte
       count on both serial and parallel ports.  Thus this command can be
       used as a diagnostic and management tool for FastPort.
