NAME
       vtcsnmpstart - start the VTC's SNMP agent

SYNOPSIS
       vtcsnmpstart device

   where:
       device    The full pathname of the syac device.

DESCRIPTION
       The vtcsnmpstart command starts the specified SYAC VTC's SNMP
       agent.  By default, each VTC's SNMP agent is started by tcload.
