NAME
       formuserptr:  setformuserptr, formuserptr - associate application
       data with forms

SYNOPSIS
       #include <form.h>

       int setformuserptr(FORM *form, char *ptr);
       char *formuserptr(FORM *form);

DESCRIPTION
       Every form has an associated user pointer that can be used to store
       pertinent data.  setformuserptr sets the user pointer of form.
       formuserptr returns the user pointer of form.

RETURN VALUE
       formuserptr returns NULL on error.  setformuserptr returns one of
       the following:
       EOK           - The function returned successfully.
       ESYSTEMERROR - System error.

NOTES
       The header file <form.h> automatically includes the header files
       <eti.h> and <curses.h>.
