     DESCRIPTION
          XmGetVisibility returns the visibility state of the
          specified widget.


          widget Specifies the ID of the widget


     RETURN VALUE
          Returns one of the following values:

            ⊕  XmVISIBILITYPARTIALLYOBSCURED

            ⊕  XmVISIBILITYFULLYOBSCURED
