Deletes the remote_file on the remote host.  The target file
  specification(s) may include wildcard characters.

  FORMAT:
   DELETE [["]remote_file["][,...]

  EXAMPLE:
   DELETE "foofoo"           ->ULTRIX host
   DELETE "foofoo","ftp.c"

   DELETE foo.foo;2          ->VMS host
   DELETE foo.foo;2,ftp.*;2

  OPTIONS:
   /DIRECTORY
