Renames a file on a remote host.

  FORMAT:
   RENAME ["]from_name["] ["]to_name["]

  EXAMPLE:
   RENAME "scoretxt" "counttxt"     ->ULTRIX host

   RENAME temp.dat save.dat         ->VMS host
