Create command perform the following function:

        Creates a new directory on the remote host(See /DIRECTORY).

Additional information available:

/DIRECTORY

  Creates the specified directory file on remote host.

  FORMAT:
   CREATE/DIRECTORY ["]directory_name["]

  EXAMPLE:
   CREATE/DIRECTORY "temp"     ->ULTRIX host

   CREATE/DIRECTORY [.temp]    ->VMS host
