Marks the end of a block that starts with a CREATE_SEGMENTED_STRING
 statement or a START_SEGMENTED_STRING statement.

 Format

      END_SEGMENTED_STRING --> ss-handle

 ss-handle     The handle given to the segmented string in the
               CREATE_SEGMENTED_STRING or START_SEGMENTED_STRING
               statement.

 Examples

     Ask for HELP on CREATE_SEGMENT and START_SEGMENT.
