      /BUFFER=buffer-name

   Specifies a buffer into which the file is to be included. If the
   buffer does not exist, it is created for display only (the buffer
   cannot be written back to a file).

file-spec
   Specifies the file to be copied to the current editing position.
   Wildcards are permitted in DECwindows mode.
