 specified SCA libraries.

     REORGANIZE   [library-spec[,...]]

 Indicates whether SCA reports a successful library
 reorganization.

=TITLE Parameter

library-spec[,...]
 Specifies the SCA libraries to be reorganized. If you
 do not specify a library, LSE reorganizes the primary
 SCA library.
