 Specifies the buffer to be copied into the current
 buffer.

 Instructs LSE to use the DECwindows clipboard, instead
 of a buffer, to supply the text being inserted.
 The /CLIPBOARD and /BUFFER qualifiers are mutually
 exclusive.
