Starts a new system-wide log file.

 Format:

     RENEW

 When you use this  command, the current log file is closed and a new
 one logs  subsequent  events.  The new log file is a  new version of
 SYS$ERRORLOG:SWL.LOG. You  must have TMPMBX and SYSPRV privileges to
 use this command.
