The Dictionary Management Utility enables you to create and  maintain
 the  directory hierarchy and to manage the dictionary's history lists
 and access control lists.

 You can use abbreviations for any of DMU  command  words.   The  only
 restriction  is  that  you  must  specify  enough characters to avoid
 ambiguity.  You can interrupt the execution of DMU commands by typing
 CTRL/C.

 An exclamation point (!) occurring anywhere except  within  a  quoted
 string is a comment delimiter.
