fusevc(1)  —  Commands

Name

fusevc − Invokes the DEC FUSE Version Controller.

Syntax

fusevc [ Xt-Options ] [ -cwd ] [ library ]

Description

Invokes the DEC FUSE Version Controller using the arguments supplied.  If FUSE is already running, the Version Controller uses the current project’s working directory, unless otherwise specified.

Options

−cwd Forces fusevc to use the working directory of its parent shell as its current working directory rather than using the working directory of the project which it joins.

Xt-Options
The  standard  X  Toolkit  command  options.

library
Name of the library to be managed. Specifying a library name causes the Version Control variable $library to be set to the specified name.  A specified path name supercedes any project settings that might otherwise take effect.

Note that if you invoke a tool from within the Host Shell,
only the Xt-options are available.  Other options or path names are superceded by those for the current project.

Examples

To invoke the DEC FUSE Version Control tool selecting sample-library as the library to be controlled:

fusevc sample-library
