fusebuild(1) — Commands
Name
fusebuild − Invokes the DEC FUSE Builder tool.
Syntax
fusebuild [ Xt-Options ] [ -cwd ] [ -f path ]
Description
Invokes the DEC FUSE Builder using the specified options. If FUSE is already running, the Builder uses the current project’s working directory, unless otherwise specified. DEC FUSE currently imposes a limit of one Builder per tool group. Therefore, attempting to invoke fusebuild when the Builder is already running in the current tool group will cause the invocation to fail. If there is no active DEC FUSE session this restriction will not be encountered.
Options
−cwd Forces fusebuild to use the working directory of its parent shell as its current working directory rather than using the working directory of the project which it joins.
−f path
The name of the makefile to be used, specified either as a fully qualified path or as a path name relative to the working directory. If path does not exist, the user will be warned and asked to reconfigure the tool. If this option is not given, then the tool will use makefile (or Makefile) in the working directory if that file is found. If no makefile is found, the user will be warned and asked to reconfigure the tool. Specified path names supercede project data that would otherwise take effect.
Xt-Options
The standard X Toolkit command options.
Note that if you invoke a tool from within the Host Shell,
only the Xt-options are available. Other options or path names are superceded by those for the current project.
Files
Makefile, makefile
