dpcgs − Preconditioned conjugate gradient squared method

In this version of DXML, the routine name DPCGS has been replaced by DITSOL_PCGS. The interface and the functionality remain the same.  Both routine names are supported in this version; support for DPCGS will be dropped in the next version.
